What is a credit?
1 credit = $0.01 of retail value. Different outputs cost different credits — a photo is a handful, a short video costs more — and the exact cost is shown before you generate. Your monthly plan gives you a credit allowance to spend however you like across photos, talking clips and videos.
Do I own my idol and the content?
Yes. Idols you create are yours, and every paid plan (Starter and up) includes full commercial rights — post to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or use them in client work. The Free tier is watermarked and for personal use only.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Upgrade to the next tier anytime for a larger monthly allowance — the new credits land immediately. Your balance also resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Upgrading mid-cycle adds the new tier’s allowance right away.
Do failed generations cost credits?
No. You only pay for outputs you keep — a failed or errored generation never costs credits. Pay for the hits, not the misses.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime, month to month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want — no forced annual lock-in and no cancellation maze. Annual plans bill once a year for two months free.
Will my idol’s face really stay the same?
Yes — that’s the whole product. Your idol is locked as an anchor and every photo and video is generated against it, so it’s the same person on day one and in month twelve.
